NameGenerators.in respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement on https://namegenerators.in and how we respond.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@namegenerators.in with the subject line "DMCA Notice" that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the party responsible for the content.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
